Our survey crews use the latest GPS and Total Station technologies to gather the necessary data on site, so that our personnel can prepare your concept plan and/or project development plans for permitting, bidding and construction. Our staff can provide your ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey, topographic survey, boundary survey, final survey, as-built survey -- whatever your project may require.

Your detailed survey plats are signed and sealed by a licensed Professional Land Surveyor, who also provides accurate legal descriptions of your property and easements for county recording.

We are well experienced and well equipped to handle your construction layout, including layout of utilities, curbs and streets, detention, lighting and building placement.

We enjoy similar status with the Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS), Metropolitan Water Reclamation District and the City of Chicago, which has certified our company as a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) and as a DBE in the specialty areas of Professional Engineering Services, Professional Land Surveyor and Professional Design Firm. Our WBE/DBE status is also recognized by Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), Chicago Transit Authority (CTA), METRA & PACE.
