Good communication is vital to the success of all projects. At New Era, we place great importance on listening to our client. Client input is a critical link in the successful development of all projects. This is why New Era is structured in a way, so as to keep your initial contact (usually Jim) and your designer, involved throughout, from beginning to completion.

Our installers are also good at listening and supplying explanations as the work progresses. We work with you as a team. Its not like someone sells you a job and then disappears. We are all there, from beginning to end, to work with you.

So whether you are located in Chicago, IL or Madison, WI, or any where else in the country, we can work with you on the design and development of your kitchen or bath. Installations are limited to the Oak Park/River Forest and LaGrange/Lagrange Park/ Western Springs areas.
