At Montessori Children's Garden, we are committed to the care and education of children. We believe that children are the most important part of our society, and thus deserve to live in an environment that provides for their positive development. In addition, we believe that this positive environment is a major factor in nurturing any child into a healthy, successful member of society. The mission of our school is to develop each child to their highest potential, at their own individual pace, using the Montessori philosophy as our framework. Throughout this development, respect for each child and an opportunity for individual choices will be our guide. We will provide this education in a variety of programs to meet the needs of working parents. The goal of our child care, pre-school, kindergarten and elementary programs is to provide a quality option for working parents. We aim to provide for their child-care needs and the needs of the child in a fun, stimulating, and positive education environment.

Montessori Childrens Garden has been serving the Fox Valley area for 15 years. We are located in Aurora, Illinois, just on the Dupage & Kane County line. We have students enrolled in our school from many of the western suburbs, including Aurora, Naperville, Oswego and Plainfield. We currently offer programs for preschool, kindergarten and elementary age students. We have three 3-6 classrooms and one elementary classroom. Our kindergarten program is available as a day, all day, or extended day option. Extended day hours are available for all programs that need child care options for their student. For any of our students not going on into our kindergarten or elementary programs, parents can be assured that their children are well prepared for the curriculum of one of our nearby school districts which are district 202, 203, 204 and 308.
Although serving the community for 15 years, our own yellow school house was built in 2004. We are proud of our uniquely talented and caring staff that has been a cornerstone of our success as a Montessori school. We believe that a strong relationship between the parents and teachers is key to developing a triangle of communication - students, parents, and teachers working together for the benefit of the child
