JTH Services, Inc. is owned and operated by a person with over 35 years in construction and remodeling experience as a general contractor, James T. Hodgkinson. I have past licenses in construction, roofing, electrical, septic, appraisals and more. JTH Services Inc is a licensed home inspection company in the state of Illinois, license #451.000270, following all of the State rules and regulations. In addition to home inspections, I can test the quality of indoor air for mold and other air borne substances. In order to check radon levels everyday, radon detectors are available for purchase. A radon detector offers the benefit of checking radon levels everyday instead of a one time air quality test.
I am a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors and the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. I adhere to all of their Standards of Practice and Codes of Ethics. I am also a proud member of the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants.
I run a professional Real Estate Home Inspection Service. I provide an ethical disclosure in an easy to understand and personal manner. I don't contract for repairs to properties that I have inspected in the previous twelve months. Therefore, I have no reason to show anything short of a Completely Unbiased Inspection.
