To worship God through faithful participation in Word and Sacrament;

To seriously heed the Great Commission not only here in Yorkville area, but also in a global context;

To remain faithful in being known as the church that teaches from cradle to the grave;

To share the blessings God has bestowed on us through faithful and regular financial support of our church and service to all people; and finally,

To bring together the many and varied talents we have in order to accomplish the foregoing and to love, encourage, and sustain each other in the faith in which we have been baptized.

We, the members of Immanuel Lutheran Church, being called of God, declare this to be our mission:
