Basa's Collision strives to give our customers the best service and quality possible. Our shop now features a top of the line Ultra Plus 1 paint booth, and we are the only body shop in the area to be fully upgraded for impending mandates of water based product for environmental purposes.. This booth uses state of the art technology to prime, paint, and clear with water based products. It also features an advanced curing process, and uses a four-stage filtration process. In addition to the water based paint, the booth provides low emissions and is energy efficient, both helping to further conserve our environment.

From Fox Valley Volkswagen: Go West on North Avenue/ Route 64 From I-90: Go South on Randall Rd. for about 11 miles, turn Left onto Dean St., take a Left onto 17th St., then a Right on Foundry, and we are insde the industrial park next to the Sportsplex. From North Ave. and Rte 59, take North Ave. West about 6 miles to Randall Rd., turn Right on Randall. Right on Dean St., Left on 17th, Right on Foundry and we are right next to the Sportsplex.

Thank you so much for doing such a SUPER job of fixing the family truckster! It looks so good from the back I want to drive backwards. You know it was good work and first rate attention to detail when a four-year-old in the back seat yells, "Mom! He even cleaned back here!"

While on our trip from California to Nova Scotia, our 2002 VW Eurovan was hit by an elk. Not wanting to cancel our trip, we used the internet for reccomendations from Fox Valley VW. Basa's was highly recommended, and we contacted him before we were even in the state of Illinois. From my first contact, Ken put our fears to rest with his professionalism, and his statement, "I now work for you". He had much of the prep waiting for us when we arrived from Wyoming. He kept us in contact almost daily, and even suggested things to do and places to eat while we waited for the repairs.
What started out as a fearful situation, turned into a very trusting and positive event. We are on our way to Boston for the Fourth of July. We are confident in the repairs and ready to get on the road.

I recently stumbled across Basas when my sports car needed body work as a result of a truck collision. I met Ken and he sold me on his operation primarily based on his outstanding paint booth and capability (very high tech). Having dealt with many body shops in the past I was not expecting anything special. To my surprise and great pleasure Ken was personally involved in every aspect of the repair. The integrity level and professionalism was beyond anything I expected and the repair was perfect. Additionally, I asked Ken to take a look at a repair that was done badly (by a different body shop) on one of my other vehicles. Ken said he would try to clean the repair up a bit and then to my surprise ended up fixing it perfectly. This was miles beyond any expectation that I had and I believe it really reflects the kind of business that Ken runs.

While I hope I dont have a lot of need for body work in the future, Ken has made a customer for life. If youre looking for hassle free professional work then I would highly recommend Basas.
