bridging the soul of nature, water, light & tranquility

"Most people think that we live in the actual world while we are alive, and that after we take the last breath we somehow wander into a vague realm of the spirit. It is a great mistake to see two separate realms. Instead, where we live is in fact the spiritual realm, a realm of many billion worlds, which goes beyond three, four or even infinite dimensions." - Soen Nakagawa

"It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye." - Antoine de Saint Exupry

Located 45 miles west of Chicago... on the historic Fox River in Saint Charles, Illinois,
MaryEllen Malinowski, Founder of Infrared Light International, Inc. has combined her work with infrared photography and her passion for Japanese Garden Design to create a fine art gallery and design center that embraces Zen Living. The design studio reflects the inspiration and serenitiy found in her beautiful Japanese Gardens, Koi Ponds and Tea House on the Fox River. Currently "M" is working on a documentary that captures and reveals infrared light that exists within Japanese Gardens throughout the world. While on her journeys, she is also raising awareness for her non for profit mission, The Koi Whisperer.
The Infrared Light Gallery produces stunning infrared photographic images for fine art publishing. We create, design, publish and distribute an inspirational product line representing the exquisite infrared imagery captured by international award winning fine art infrared photographer MaryEllen Malinowski. We understand the power of healing the mind and the spirit through ethereal infrared photography and an enlightening, holistic environment. Our work reveals light that is beyond the visible, and embraces the connection between water and light.
MaryEllen's mission is to open our eyes to reveal the ethereal brilliance, beauty and mysteries that exist.
