The College grants a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degree in Hospitality Management and an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) Hospitality Management degree. Students pursuing the BAS select a concentration in event planning, hotel/restaurant management, culinary arts, or health care & wellness.

Taught by culinary faculty Jennifer Lewis, this course has been designed to encompass the importance of sales and service as they relate to the beverage industry.
