The Chapel of St. John the Divine is a parish of the Episcopal Church, ministering to the community of Champaign-Urbana and the campus at the University of Illinois. As a constituent part of the Anglican Communion, we are also church home for international students and scholars.

St. John's Celebrates 100 Years of Worship, Sunday October 17th!
Please join us at St. John's for our Patronal Festival Celebration on Sunday, October 17. A Solemn Eucharist will be held at 10:00 a.m featuring the Canterbury Choir. Following the service, there will be a Special Coffee Hour on the Lower Level of Canterbury House. St. John's has been serving Episcopal students at the University of Illinois for a 100 years. We have a rich history of worship and service, and we invite you to celebrate with us!
WE WILL PRESENT THE SYNOD EVENSONG SERVICE Sunday .October 24 at 4:00 P.M. as part of our series of our 100th Anniversary celebrations. The service will include a solemn Te Deum in thanksgiving for our 100 years of ministry. We hope you can be with us!

St. John the Divine will host a Red Cross CPR Workshop on Saturday, June 26, beginning at 9:00 a.m.
The workshop will begin with an introductory movie, which is part of the certification process. Adult CPR training will begin at 12:00; children's will be about an hour later; and infant CPR about an hour after that.
The AED will be demonstrated and its training will follow infant CPR. Actual training for it is brief, however.
