The Peak Performance Approach
A chain is only as strong as it's weakest link. The same holds true for the human body.
Before we have our clients perform work with one of our Personal Trainers, we first identify their individual weaknesses. We find their "unavailable" or inhibited muscles and turn them into "available" or activated muscles that the body can utilize to create more efficient movements. Also, normal joint flexibility and stability is restored.
After this unique preparation phase, our Personal Trainers then apply exercise stress (strengthening exercises, plyometrics, and cardio workouts) to the body to elicit a conditioning response.
Because of this approach, Peak Performance fitness clients become stronger, leaner and more flexible and our athlete clients, due to their newly improved mechanics, are able to deliver better performances. Also, because normal and healthy joint movement is restored in the body, all of our clients receive injury prevention benefits and most report that their aches and pains have been eliminated.
