Because many of her viewers have health concerns which make standing difficult, Mary Ann offers seated routines that accomplish the stretching and strengthening benefits for which she is so well known. This video features, among others, a Tarantella, a Yiddish melody, and a song from Broadway in which Mary Ann transforms a common cane into a fitness tool. All exercises are done sitting in a chair. Workout includes both upper and lower body movements.
