Our candidates are loyal, compassionate, flexible and highly skilled Every candidate's identity is authenticated to ensure that the candidate is using real and accurate information about his or her own identity. All candidates are evaluated with a series of pre-employment assessments which include: 1. Education/training history, 2. Work history, 3. Personal and employment references, 4. County criminal background checks( for the past 7 years), 5. Social Security Number verification, 6. Driving Record verification (if driving is needed for position), 7. Sex Offender Registry files and 8. Pre-employment assessment test to determine candidate's suitability for the job upon your request. We offer National criminal background check and/or drug screening for an additional fee. Upon placement in California, we register each nanny with TrustLine. Established by the California Department of Children's Services, TrustLine uses fingerprints to conduct a criminal background search, including a search of the child abuse registry throughout California. TrustLine registration for your nanny is an additional $130 and is required by law in the state of California-TrustLine Candidates meet the following minimum requirements: 1. At least 2 years of relevant professional experience with references, 2. Take training courses online within 3 months of employment-childcare (45 hours), elder care providers (40 hours), housekeepers, chauffeurs/security... 3. Take annual CEUs courses for all childcare and elder care providers, 4. CPR/First Aid Certified (all childcare and elder care professionals), 5. Nonsmoker, 6. Have good written and verbal English skills, 7. Have a valid driver’s license, 8. Have a current physical exam done by physician, 9. TB test is required for all caregivers. For the rest of the candidates-upon employer's request, 10. Have a valid SSN, 11. If required by the employer, all candidates take a pre-employment assessment. We evaluate the qualifications of candidates to determine whether they meet the definition of professional for the position applied. All our candidates are interviewed by phone or via Skype. In-person interviews are conducted upon invitation in Los Angeles-San Fernando Valley and Ventura County areas only. Periodic updating of background screenings for all long term services candidates is available for an additional fee. Our caregivers for elderly and nannies have advanced training far beyond the basic orientation offered by other providers. Compassion and a big heart are very much needed, but skills training brings it all together and gives the compassionate caregiver/employee the tools to deliver what the family is looking for – and the person/family receiving care or any other type of help client really needs. Updates with the progress of your placement and candidate's qualifications are e-mailed to you. 1 day complimentary backup childcare/elder care referral through our Back Up Care Services if your service provider is sick or on emergency leave. The offer applies only to long term full time regular schedule employee coverage. Fill-in service is not guaranteed. Covers agency fees only. Salary range and benefits for your candidates depending on their experience, industry standards, job and personal requirements are suggested. The basic agreement template between employer and employee is provided to help you clarify understanding of specific responsibilities and terms of employment as well as other forms for every day use (for caregiver, baby care jobs) . Recommendations to tax advisers, legal advisers, real estate professionals and other valuable resources. Every home needs household guidelines to support every function from cleaning, management, inventory, to procedures in order to ensure your home is running smoothly and every current and new employee is fully aware of your expectations and how to implement each responsibility. We can have experts who can create a professional Household Manual for you as well as Clean-in-Time Manual (please, refer to Consultations page for more information). Additional charges apply.
