Mr. Jim's Automotive Services has been providing quality service to customers in the Naperville, IL area since 1981.
Locally owned and operated, we give all of our customers personal attention. We get to know you and you get to know and trust us. We are not an anonymous chain or franchise, so you are a person, not a number. That's one reason why so many of our first-time customers become regulars.
Vehicle service is all we do. We do not sell cars, gasoline or other sundries. By focusing only on automotive service, we keep you on the road in a safe and reliable vehicle.

Our technicians routinely receive comprehensive classroom and video training designed to bring us the latest technical know-how. Throughout the year our techs also attend seminars and hands-on workshops to extend their knowledge and skills.

Mr. Jim's subscribes to a strict code of ethics that regulates professional procedures, recognizes your rights as a customer and includes a commitment to careful workmanship and quality replacement parts.

We are an ASE (Automotive Service Excellence), an ASA (Automotive Service Association) and a Bosch authorized service center. We are also a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau.
