Dr. Niki Christopoulos is a Chicago double Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. She is an active member of the prestigious American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the only society approved by the American Board of Medical Specialties that certifies physicians in plastic surgery of the face and body, and she is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. She is also an active member of the Illinois Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Metro Chicago Chapter of the American College of Surgeons. 

A native of Chicago, Dr. Christopoulos attended the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign where she graduated with honors as a James Scholar with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. She then received her doctorate from the Chicago Medical School of Rosalind Franklin University. She went on to complete an intensive seven year General and Plastic Surgery Training at Rush University Medical Center, one of the country’s leading university centers, where she served as Chief surgical resident during her last year. 

She has authored numerous journal articles as well as book chapters and has presented at national and international meetings on the topics of plastic and reconstructive surgery. She has been named to America’s Top Plastic Surgeons by the Consumers’ Research Council of America as well as being selected a recipient of the Award Winning Cosmetic Surgeons award. While Dr. Christopoulos is trained in all aspects of plastic surgery, her expertise and specialty lies in aesthetic plastic surgery of the face, breast and body. Her goal is to enhance and refine each individual to their best possible form while maintaining natural results and preserving individuality. Dr. Christopoulos maintains the highest standards for ethics and safety but it is her attention to detail and compassionate manner that truly set her apart.
