Over the years, we have remained a small business in order to retain quality control and develop meaningful relationships with our customers. With a crew of one to three people, jobs of all sizes are handled. The majority of work is done by founder and licensed general contractor, Josh Johnson. Because much of the work is done by his own hand, he takes personal interest in the quality of workmanship. He cares about the final product from a personal standpoint and, as a homeowner and family man, he understands the value of your remodeling project from your point of view.
Josh has nearly twenty years experience in residential and commercial remodeling services including fire restoration, having started working at his father's construction company in Indiana in 1989. With experience as a skilled carpenter and a competent foreman of a working crew, he formed his own company in the year 2000 with a mission to provide customers with first-rate customer service based on flexibility, convenience, and a goal to exceed your expectations. As a younger generation businessman, Josh believed in implementing available technology to improve service and was among the first group of small businesses to offer free design services, wireless communication channels, and anytime availability. Recognizing the limited schedules people have, he meets customers at various times any day of the week.
During your project, it is imperative you are able to contact the person in charge. Typically, one job at a time is undergoing production which means Josh is working for you each and every day until your project is complete rather than fielding several calls from other customers at the same time. But even before it begins, Josh communicates with you directly regarding your project goals and helps integrate design ideas into your final plan. On a regular basis, he attends local and national trade shows to stay current on the latest trends and technology in the industry. In that way, he provides you with a knowledge base not commonly found among local contractors.
Axiom Remodeling is a full service remodeling company working throughout the Chicago suburbs, including DuPage and Will counties, and Northwest Indiana. The types of jobs we contract vary greatly in scope in both residential and commercial remodeling services. Jobs range in scale from a couple hundred dollars to nearly a hundred thousand dollars. Customers include homeowners, property managers, small businesses, and Fortune 1000 corporate entities.
