Established in 1980 as Tankson's Martial Arts, TAC Karate is one of the oldest martial arts schools in Chicago. Under the leadership of Shihan Larry C. Tankson, the school has provided quality martial arts instruction for well over 25 years.

Point sparring, continuous sparring, creative & musical forms, and weapons. Competition in NBL, NASKA, AKA.
Aerobic workout incorporating kicking, striking and boxing techniques to increase stamina and reduce weight.
Karate Day Camp
Summer Camp for children of all ages. Activities include field trips, outdoor and indoor sports, swimming, horseback riding, and karate.
The Classical Martial Arts Academy in Frankfurt IL, is a Classical, Okinawan martial arts school dedicated to preserving the Shobayashi- ryu branch of Shorin-ry karate-do.
Stanley Dean Edwards creates paintings based on the linear forms of Chicago's building. He has won awards from the Art Institute of Chicago and the Corcoran Gallery of Art.
