What seniors desire most is to remain independent in their own home and community. Care in the Home has four types of service that make this goal a reality:
Personal Caregiver Service – Offers bathing, safe transfers, ambulation assist, medication reminders, escorts, meal preparation, homemaking and other non-medical help by a qualified certified nursing assistant or home health aide.
Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy – Offers rehabilitative therapy in the home using state-of-the-art modalities and equipment usually only offered in outpatient therapy settings, covered by Medicare and private insurances with a physician’s order.
Medical Home Visits – Offers an advanced nurse practitioner who makes house calls under the direction of the patient’s primary care physician to help manage routine care and chronic conditions when a patient has a hard time making it to their doctor’s office, covered by Medicare and private insurances
