From the very beginning, we have seen the vital importance of ministering to the entire family, not just the adults. Because of this, we put a high priority on Childrens Ministry. Every area of our childrens department is designed to teach and train. We supply quality equipment and Bible-based curriculum for all age groups and are continually encouraging our teachers and helpers to recognize that in ministering to the children we are ministering to the entire family. A staff of capable volunteers are recruited from our congregation to teach and train these young ones.

Solid Rock Youth Group, which includes 7th - 12th grades, meets every Wednesday evening for their own church service in our state-of-the-art Youth facility. They are encouraged to help with periodic service projects and participate in outings where the group goes bowling, hiking and does various other activities to build relationships with like-minded youths and create a safe haven.

It takes many people in order for the church to function as God intended and every growing member is encouraged to be involved somewhere. Working with other believers who have common interests promotes friendships and fellowship, helping the family of God to become united and in one accord with one common goal in mind - to share His love, His heart, His desires, and His Gospel . . .

Many social functions are held in addition to our regular worship services. These encourage friendships to be developed within the congregation and offer a safe haven to socialize with those of like faith.

At Living Word Family Church, we base our teaching upon Gods revealed Word, the Bible, and are committed to serve Him in the name of Jesus Christ. It is our desire that people come to place their trustin Christ, and continually grow in their relationship with Him.
We provide regular teaching and preaching from the Bible, meaningful times of worship, and opportunities for fellowship, prayer,outreach and numerous other ministries for people of all ages.
