C.E.S. is a full service Civil Engineering and Surveying firm founded in 1992. We have provided a variety of civil engineering service throughout north central Illinois and southern Wisconsin with great success and client satisfaction. C.E.S. has provided services in more than 45 communities and in 13 counties during the past 3 years alone. We pride ourselves on being specialists in "total cost efficiency". We continue to refine the plan and/or design until we are sure that the lowest possible total project cost has been achieved.
