Our Annual Fundraiser will be held on November 13 this year. Not only will it be a blast but you will be helping us raise much needed funds to care for all of our animals waiting forforever homes. We are having a cocktail party this year that will include a cash bar, appetizers, pasta station, and desserts. Plus, we are having a live auction along with our silent auction; split the pot, raffle – tickets available now at the shelter; and a DJ for your dancing enjoyment! So, purchase your tickets today because after 10/25 the price goes up from $50 to $60!!

The Nuts are Back!
We are selling nuts again and if you’ve tried these nuts then we know you will want to order them again! And if you haven’t, then you have to try them. We are attaching a nut order form for your convenience. All you have to do is fill out your order and either mail or bring it into the shelter with your check. We will also be selling them around town, so stay tuned for locations.

We are looking for a few kind souls to take towels to the laundromat once or twice a week – shelter appliances are overburdened. We especially are in need of help drying towels. So, if you think you can help, call the shelter at (708)-352-3914.

The Scoop on Adoptions

All pets live comfortably at CatNap or in a foster home until the right human companion comes along. There is NO TIME LIMIT for any animal. We are committed to finding the right home and to taking the time to carefully match the needs and the personalities of both people and adopted animals.
Please note that all members of the family wishing to adopt must be present before taking home your new furry friend from CatNap.
