The Engineering Department performs the design and development of all special tooling requirements, jigs and fixtures. Our Engineering team is equipped with the latest technology in CAD/CAM systems, which include Graphics2 and SurfCam. The machine shop is heavily involved in the machining of emergency mechanical components to full production runs. We feature the newest state-of-the-art automatic machining centers, lathes as well as manual mills, manual lathes, grinders. Tool Crib & Pre setters:
The Tool Crib and management software is the base of our efficiency. It provides total tracking of tools, equipment, and maintenance. Tools are tracked, Audited, and tool condition reports are created to provide us with total management of the tool crib.
