The fine folks at The Great Pumpkin Patch received the distinct honor of decorating The White House for Halloween this year. Not a white house… THE White House. It’s an incredible honor to be chosen and we’re so very proud of them.
Tonight is the Prairie Rivers Network Annual Dinner. Should be a good time.
Our new LaCie 10TB raid drive was delivered today. Aluminum body, funky blue glowing orb and best of all, made in the U.S. of A!
The movers are here, the phone system is being installed and as of today we are officially “in” our new building.The creative team moved in a few days ago to set up the servers and macs, but it feels great to finally have everyone (and all of our stuff) under one roof.It’s been a long seven month remodel, but everything looks great and certainly worth the wait.I must admit, after 18 years at 303 South State, moving feels a little surreal and quite sad. I’ll miss the old building … but not for long.
Martha has uploaded Mac’s segment to MarthaStewart.com. Check it out. Mac is great on camera and very informative. No wonder he’s a repeat guest.

The Great Pumpkin Patch’s Mac Condill was on Martha Stewart yesterday. He talked with Martha about all things pumpkin and they spent a great deal of time discussing the rare heirloom seeds that Mac works diligently to protect and preserve. Fortunately for us, Mac took Martha some Homestead Seed packaging we designed for them. Below are a few still from the show. Buy your own seeds here.
It’s amazing how clever these are. I love legos and letterpress… combine the two and the results are spectacular. What a great idea. I’m actually quite jealous.Had one of those “I wish I thought of that” moments. Buy the printshere.
The carpet install is complete … and completely awesome. Saw it for the first time this morning and I was blown away. We’re so close to having the building finished. Furniture delivery will begin the first part of next week, which means we can probably begin moving in mid-October.Exciting stuff to be sure, but the reality of physicallymoving all of our stuff to the new building is a little daunting.

Painting begins on the new building today. It’s a major step forward in the remodel and undoubtably the most significant step in changing the building’s appearance. Finally we’ll start seeing progress.Exciting stuff to be sure. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s being applied. The mostly grey palette complimented by a retina searing green. The green paint is quite a bit brighter and more vibrant than this sample, so when you visit bring your sunglasses.
Tile is being laid (Brick Style) today at the new building. Entries, kitchen and baths are getting covered in ceramic goodness. Check out the carpet in the lower left. The building has it wall-to-wall. The previous owners must have found it in the “Casino & Movie Theater” section at their carpet dealer.

Located on Interstate Drive in Champaign, our new 5,500 sq. ft. office will provide wide open spaces and collaborative environments for the team and our clients. For the past few months we’ve been making updates (painting, carpet, cat5, interactive additions, etc.) with the hopes of moving in early this fall. This move is something we’re pumped about and happy to finally share. We’ll be updating more regularly with pics and video, so check back often.
