We are the largest independently-owned hunting and fishing store on the East Coast. Forrest and Marlon Dance opened Dances Sporting Goods in 1976, in a small location in Petersburg, VA. Over the past 33 years we have grown to over 20,000 sq. feet of retail space located in Colonial Heights, VA. We offer the finest quality hunting and fishing supplies available. Our employees have local knowledge and expertise from largemouth bass and crappie fishing to Chesapeake Bay stripers and saltwater fishing off the coast of Virginia.
