We offer a 6 month guarantee on most insects. Most customers we won't see for maybe a year or longer! And, we'll re-treat, at no charge within 6 months, if the pest re-infests the treated area. We exterminate all insects, mice and rats too!

House Specialty uses only Health Department approved chemicals. Ours are non-staining, odorless, and completely safe for people, as well as pets. We have families too, and we use the same chemicals in our customers' homes that we use in our own. We're licensed and certified by the Illinois Department of Public Health, bonded, and insured.
