The Cancer Research Foundation is pleased to announce an exciting major new grant to support novel science in cancer research. At the beginning of this year, the CRF pledged to give the University of Chicago $3 million dollars over the next three years to kick off a six-part, systems biology-based interdisciplinary attack on therapy-based Acute Myeloid Leukemia, a secondary cancer that strikes 8 to 10% of cancer survivors.
