Benefits to You
Immediate care, with wait times less than 15-20 minutes at most. Significant cost savings that will decrease or help control your Workers comp. premiums. Our Physicians are on staff at Hinsdale and LaGrange Hospitals. Our follow-up average is 1.4 visits. We will not bring your employee back unless they need to come back. We actively work with clients to facilitate an aggressive back to work program. Employees will not be placed off unless absolutely necessary. Real time notification of Work Status and results of drug and alcohol testing. We work with most insurance networks and are easily accessible with ample parking.

Work Related Injury Care
We treat all types of injuries including, cuts, sprains, strains, burns and even eye injuries. Your employee will be treated by physicians who are on staff at Hinsdale and LaGrange Memorial Hospital.

We conduct physicals for all job descriptions including, CNAs, repair technicians, retail associates, maintenance, caregivers, law clerks, pipe fitters, bus drivers, waitstaff, and sports counselors, lawn. We also customize physicals specific to each clients needs including Firefighters and Police. Pre-Screening employees may detect pre-existing conditions that may predispose them to an injury.

Our staff and facility has been approved by the Department of Tranportation. Drivers will have their physicals done by a Physician, not a physician assistant. We are fully knowledgeable in DOT guidelines and protocols.

Drug and Breath Alcohol Testing
All of our collectors are certified in BAT and Drug Testing. We meticulously follow all company protocols and have real time notification of results. Types of Drug screens available include: 5 Panel (Nida5), 10 Panel Drug Screen, Rapid Drug Screens (Negative results will be available in 15 minutes.) Results may be emailed as well.

Respirator Fitness/Clearance
Midwest HealthWorks doctors provide such physicals for employees to determine an individual's ability to use a respirator. Employer compliance with 29 CFR 1910.134.

Return to Work Physicals

Pure-tone audiometry is completed in a soundproof bootha room with special treatment to the walls, ceiling, and floor to ensure that background noise does not affect test results. Only those sounds that the audiologist introduces into the room through earphones will be heard. Sounds may also be sent through a special headset. Usually done for high risk occupations.

Vision Testing measure the eye's ability to see details at near and far distances. The tests usually involve reading letters or looking at letters of different sizes on an eye chart. Each eye is tested individually and then both eyes are tested together with and without corrective lenses (if you wear them).
