Spring Valley City Bank has switched to a new data processing system for all of its banking services. Our goal is to provide you with modern, efficient, and quick banking services well into the future. We believe we are now in a position to do just that.
We also thank you for your patience during our switchover. Our internet banking program is very popular, and almost a thousand people have to be re-enrolled in it. Our staff is working very hard to make sure that everyone receives the attention they needed to use the new system successfully. If you need any adjustments to your internet banking settings- or wish to enroll for the first time- please call us at 815-663-2211 and we will help you.
We now include both check and deposit slip images with your statement. We think you’ll like what you see. Please check the size of your images. If you wish them to be bigger, please call our bookkeeping department (815-663-2211) and ask them to make the images larger on your next statement. We want you to be completely satisfied with the statement you receive and will work with you to get the image size right for you.
We have also had questions regarding debit card transactions. Please contact our bookkeeping department if you have any questions. There are some security settings for some cards that may need to be adjusted.
We also appreciate customer suggestions about how our banking products and services can be improved. We have already passed along customer suggestions to our new servicer and they have responded quickly to our requests. Please share with us your ideas.
