My name is Jessie G. Cannoy, Jr. and I am a Licensed Home Inspector who resides in McHery County. I wasn't always a Home Inspector. I worked many jobs to find my little "niche" in the business world. I worked in factory jobs, construction jobs, became a CDL driver and even owned my own remodeling business. I have accumulated over 20 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION AND REMODELING. I am a State Licensed Home Inspector, an ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors ) certified home inspector, a founding member of the IHIA (Illinois Home Inspectors Association), an affiliate member of McHAR (McHenry County Association of Realtors) and a member of the BBB (Better Business Bureau).
I pride myself in doing QUALITY INSPECTIONS at QUALITY PRICES. All of my inspections are done using ASHI Standards of Practice and Ethics and with the utmost of PROFESSIONALISM. As an ASHI Home Inspector, I am held to a higher standard of ethics than the State of Illinois requires. RCI Inspections is also proud to offer Home Warranty Inspections. This inspection takes between 2-3 hours and should be done 2-3 months before your warranty expires. You will get a written report along with a “Summary” page that you can submit to get these repairs done prior to your warranty expiration.
