The Canvasback has been serving the needlepoint community for over 36 years with the very finest in design, fibers, service, classes and finishing.
Our list of designers exceeds 175, all of whom we are on a first name basis, and our inventory of over 4,500 hand painted canvases displays their beautiful art work. We link to most of the artists, so you can view their incredible talents right from our website.
The explosion of fibers over the past few years has been exciting. We carry one of the largest selections in the country and are continually adding to it.
We offer exceptional custom design by several different artists and are happy to turn your favorite dog, house, school crest, floral and more into a wonderful one of a kind needlepoint design.
Classes are important at The Canvasback. We offer beginner to advanced, with our in house teachers. Classes like Embellishment with Linda Corirossi and several other special classes with nationally recognized teachers will continually improve your needlepoint skills.
Creative custom finishing with our very own local finisher, who has been with us all 36 years, is a highlight of The Canvasback. Let us turn your project into a beautiful finished heirloom.
