Telephone Calls (this policy DOES NOT apply to OB patients)
Calls prompted by the patient will be charged a fee. When you have been seen in our office within the past 7 days, this would not apply. Giving medical advice and treatment by telephone is a service we provide. Insurance companies may not cover services such as this and therefore payment will be the patients responsibility You may prefer to make an appointment vs. discussing your healthcare needs over the telephone.
If you do not show for a scheduled appointment and have not notified the office in advance, you will be charged a $20 fee for the appointment that you failed to keep. We request that 24 hours notice be given in the event that you need to cancel your appointment with us.
