Michelangelo Scafidi is a Licensed Pedorthist, Certified Orthotic Fitter and proprietor of MICHELANGELO's Foot Comfort & Pedorthic Shoppe, the only pedorthic facility in Illinois accredited by The Board for Certification in Pedorthics in "all services." Michelangelo lectures frequently on pedorthics and was the president of The Board for Certification in Pedorthics from 1999 to 2001.

Michelangelo's is located at 8344 W. Lawrence Ave., on the Northeast corner of Lawrence and Cumberland Avenues in Norridge, Illinois. This new location is 1.5 miles from the prior address.

Michelangelo's specializes in ready made and custom made footwear, orthoses and compression garments. Footwear styles include comfort, euro-comfort and orthopaedic.

Michelangelo's is open Tuesday through Saturday for your convenience. Tuesday, 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Wednesday, 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM, Thursday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Home visits are available by appointment. Michelangelo's will bill third party insurance for you. Assignment from Medicare is available under some circumstances. Worker's compensation cases are welcome.
