Alvarez Hardscaping, Inc. is dedicated to service and quality; our goal is to see a happy customer for every job we install. Owner Ignacio “Nacho” Alvarez established Alvarez Hardscaping in May of 2004 after 11 years of experience in the industry and a strong desire to start his own paving company. When he did his first job at the Providence Village subdivision in Gurnee, IL he had to borrow a pickup truck and all the necessary tools to do the work. At the end of the project the homeowners were so happy with the results they referred the young company to their friends and colleagues at work.

Today Alvarez Hardscaping has 12 qualified employees with state-of-the-art equipment forming one excavation crew, one masonry crew and two paver crews. Alvarez Hardscaping has all you need to create the perfect outdoor living space. Alvarez Hardscaping installs both concrete and clay pavers as well as natural stone, including Bluestone, Limestone (Flagstone, Lannonstone, etc.) and Granite Cobbles. Applications include Driveways, walkways, patios, pool decks, seat walls, retaining walls, and fire pits, outdoor kitchens, decorative walls, columns and signage.
