Experience - We've been in Macomb since 1995. We're a regional provider with a full staff, rather than a one-person operation. We installed our first DSL circuit in 1998, and our first fixed wireless connection in 2000. Our parent company, McDonough Telephone Cooperative has been in the communications business since 1951.
Local - we are locally owned and operated. We support Macomb and western Illinois, and we're here when you need us. We make house calls!!!!

Reliable - We have multiple and redundant connections to the Internet backbone from Tier 1 carriers. Our systems are monitored and we have staff on call 24x7. We have an automatic generator backup system and a commercial climate control system to minimize problems due to power and temperature fluctuations.
Progressive - We offer wireless and traditional DSL. We continue to test and implement new technology that will benefit you.
Friendly - Our staff is here to help you. We do have a voice mail system, but we do our best to have a human being answer your phone call during our office hours.
Payment Flexibility - We accept a variety of payment methods: checks, automatic bank withdrawal (ACH), and credit cards, as well as cash, and we offer monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual plans.
