Fitness America is a 24 hour per day, 7 day a week health club. The staff at Fitness America work during the hours listed to the right. At all other times, our members have access to our facilities through a keyless entry system, via a special key-tag. Each member must purchase a key-tag upon joining. Members are required to use the key-tag before entering the club at all hours of the day.

The most common reason we hear for not getting exercise are that there is not enough time in the day, or that a membership to join a health club is too much money.
