Herscher is located in southwestern Kankakee County, Illinois.The town has a population of approximately 1,600 and is a place where stoplights are non-existent.
The Harvest View community is owned by Long Family Development, LLC., and has been managed by BMA Management, Inc., since the community opened in October 2008.Dr. Jeffrey Long is a family physician with offices in Herscher.
