The partners have been working together for over 24 years, racking up more than 40 years of experience in air conditioning, heating and indoor air quality.
A-Perfect Climate incorporated in 1988 and moved to their Addison location over 10 years ago, where their business has continued to grow due to a simple approach: "We try to keep it very personal," Rick says. Rick and Mike do all of the estimates themselves and know all of their customers personally. They believe in carefully listening to their customer's needs and wants first.

A-Perfect Climate, Inc. has a no-gimmicks style which allows customers to feel comfortable with the customized service they will receive. They furnish their customers with a copy of the companies "Installation Guidelines", which they sign and back on every installation!
A-Perfect Climate, Inc. does all of their own sheet metal work on-site and are experts on custom jobs. In addition, they are trained in the use of an "infiltrometer", a professional energy audit to determine how "Leaky" one's house is. Those with allergies and asthma will be happy to note that A-Perfect Climate, Inc. is also very conscious about air quality in the home and are very up-to-date on air quality specialties. We carry a complete line of Lennox, Goodman and Ducane furnaces and air conditioners, including the new R410A models!

We service all makes and models of furnaces, air conditioners, humidifiers, HRV's and Air Cleaners and we maintain a large inventory of specialty parts and fixtures so we can complete your job quickly and efficiently. We also offer maintenance agreements and extended warranty packages.

Their service department boasts five radio dispatched service trucks. Each standardized truck carries an inventory of over $7000, making it more likely that they can service a repair in one trip, saving you time and money. The installation department has the ability to fabricate custom sheet metal fittings on site, assuring a neat, efficient, and leak proof installation. Each installation truck is literally a sheet metal shop, complete with metal forming equipment and a layout bench, as well as a fully-stocked hardware store on wheels.
To provide an edge in service, they are constantly training to maintain certification for their employees in state of the art technology. Also on staff at A-Perfect Climate is a licensed electrician. Rest assured that all employees work exclusively for A-Perfect Climate and do not sub-contract whole jobs.
Since opening, A-Perfect Climate has been proud to be and independent Lennox Dealer. Their relationship with Lennox Industries has brought a quality line of products as well as invaluable training.
A-Perfect Climate has extensive knowledge of hot water heating systems, including in floor radiant heat and zoning. They have demonstrated proficiency for designing and installing forced air furnaces, 90 plus, 2 stage, and variable drive blowers, hot water boilers, standard and 90 plus, cast iron and copper radiators, in floor and under floor radiant heat applications as well as indirect fired water heaters. Also in their portfolio is a long list of high pressure air handler and air distribution systems, zoning, air balancing, and indoor air quality applications, including such tasks as air cleaning, air purification, air to air exchange, pressurization and dilution.
