Our company uses the lead carpenter concept where virtually every field person in our company is capable of running virtually any job. They not only perform the work, but they also manage each job along with any subcontracts that are needed. They are each either a Master Carpenter or a Master Technician that are cross trained in many different fields. Most of our field staff is trained in water damage restoration and fire damage restoration. Many are also trained in mold remediation.
Our employees have the highest training available in the industry. We’re members of many trade associations to stay current with new practices and technology. Education is very important to our company. We believe in consistency between our training schools, education providers, and clientele. Our education providers include such associations as the ASCR, WLI, NIDR, IICRC, CRCII, MSHI, and NARI

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm. After hours our lines are handled by an answering service that will page our emergency crews 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, weekends and holidays.
