Douglas Rehabilitation & Care Center is a 79-bed skilled nursing facility, certified by Medicare and Medicaid.

Now that mom has passed on, Id like to express
my appreciation for all that everyone at Douglas
Rehab and Care has done for her and me during
moms stay with you. It has been apparent to me
that not only has the care been of a high
professional quality, but everyone seems to care
about the people they are helping on a personal
level. You have all been a great help to me as
well as mom during these trying times.
