Cornerstone Construction, L.L.C. is an Illinois state licensed Design/Build firm that has been locally owned and operated for nearly 20 years. The company is staffed with experienced on-site job supervisors, CAD Technicians, estimators, project managers and office personnel. Together, the staff focuses on each project's requirements, especially the schedule and budget. This ensures that each project is organized, completed efficiently and that all of the client's needs are met.
The owner and president of the company, Steve Ladage, has made building client relationships and quality buildings go hand in hand. His mission is to simply construct quality buildings that will serve our clients needs for years to come.
