Saturday, November 13 at 5pm Mass
Sunday, November 14 at 8am & 11:15am Masses
The sacrament of the anointing of the sick will be celebrated on November 13-14 at the 5pm, 8am, and 11:15am church Masses. We publicly celebrate this sacrament for those who are in need of Christ’s love to overcome their pain or isolation from pending major surgery, recovering surgery, depression, chronic conditions, cancer, life-threatening illness, or if age is debilitating. The use of oil, the laying on of hands, and the ritual prayer call upon Christ’s power to heal the body as well as the spirit. If you find yourself struggling from an ailment and you are in need of healing, come and be anointed. This sacrament strengthens you in your time of need.
We will be collecting H.U.G.S. for the homeless, or Hats, Underwear, Gloves, and Socks. Winter is especially hard for the homeless and shelters never have enough socks and underwear. Here at Saint Clement we give out dozens of hats and gloves each winter. This Thanksgiving Season, show your gratitude for the warmth of home and clothing. Please bring these items to Masses the weekends of November 13/14 and 20/21.

Welcoming the Prince of Peace:
The Transforming Power of Gospel Love in our Lives, our Families, our Church, our Community, and our World
Tuesday, November 30, from 7-9pm, Fireside Hall
At the heart of Jesus’ life and vision is love—love for others, ourselves, our enemies, and our God who loves without end. As a people of faith, we are called to put this love into action in our lives and in our world by creating a culture of peace and justice. This Advent, join us in exploring the power and potential of the Gospel message to identify and transform the conflict and violence in our lives and our world and to create a culture of peace and justice.
