We are taking Thanksgiving orders for Turduckens at $110, that includes the turkey stuffed with chicken & duck;
sausage cornbread stuffing & injected with roasted garlic & herb marinade, also rubbed with hot damn
and an extra quart of stuffing & detailed cooking instructions. Takes about 3-4 hours to roast, ends up being about 20 lb bird.
Also taking orders for pecan pies & key lime pies each $15.
Apple bread pudding with whiskey sauce $35.
We also encourage people to make a present of a Cajun Connection gift card for Christmas.We have new t-shirts for the kids "Scribble Tees" that the kids can color with washable markers (included) $12.50.
We have 4 styles of caps; new souvenir coffee cups and our special hot sauces & seasoning.
We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, open Nov. 26-28.
Christmas we will be open Dec. 23 from 4-8pm then be closed until Thur, Jan 6 at 4pm.

November 4th to November 7th - Dungeness Crab, Bubba Shrimp & Shrimp Etouffee
Dessert is Berry Bread Pudding
November 11th to November 14th - Chipotle Pork Chops & Jambalaya

We serve any of the items below Blackened, just ask your server...
Prime Rib, Catfish, Gator, Bubba Shrimp and Chicken. (Yum-yum)
