All orders delivered within the State of Illinois will include the applicable sales tax. Most orders shipped outside the State of Illinois will not be subject to sales tax.

We offer a 15% discount on all school purchase orders and offer a discount program for frequent buyers as well as daycare's and preschools. Discounts exclude already discounted items, gift certificates and Girl Scouts of America. Call for details on our discount programs.

We accept personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. For schools and other authorized institutions, we offer in-house accounts. Please call to request a credit application.

Net 30 days to schools and other authorized institutions. Remittance must accompany orders from individuals. If payment is made by personal check, shipment will take place once the check clears.

Prices stated are FOB our plant and net except where otherwise noted. All prices listed are subject to change because of possible producer changes. We bill at the latest producer's suggested retail price. We take every measure to keep our prices low and offer discounts programs, call for details. We invoice at the lastest prices in the event of sizeable increases in prices, we will notify you prior to shipment for confirmation.

There are several options available for ordering. You may call, fax, mail, e-mail or come into our retail store. If not using our online catalogs when placing your order, please include the product number for all of the items you are ordering. If you would like to shop for an item using our print catalog, we will be happy to send one to you (see print Catalog Request).

If you are ordering on-line, an e-mail will be sent to you indicating that your order has been received. Minimum shipping and handling charge is $6.00. For continental U.S. destinations including APO's and FPO's, please add 15% for orders totaling $100.00 or less; add 10% for orders in excess of $100.00. We do not ship overseas. When weight and/or UPS is indicated for a product, additional shipping charges may apply.

On orders of $100 or more we offer free delivery on all non-furniture items delivered within our designated delivery area (call for details).

If we are out of stock on an item, it will appear as a "Back Order" on your invoice/packing list. You are not charged for the merchandise until it ships. If you do not want your merchandise back ordered or want to cancel a back order, you will need to notify us within 10 days of receipt of your shipment. We will ship back ordered merchandise out to you once we receive it from our producer's.

When your products arrive, please inspect immediately. If you are present at the time of delivery, and notice any damages, please sign for it as "damaged". As soon as possible, call Parent/Teacher Tools to report damages. Concealed damages found after receipt of goods should also be called in as soon as possible. Any damage must be reported within 10 days of receipt of goods.

If for some reason, you are not satisfied with the merchandise, you should request a return authorization within 10 days of receipt. All returns must be in original container and in resalable condition. Merchandise cannot be returned without prior approval. To notify us of a return you may call, e-mail, or fax your information to us. We will respond with your return authorization information. Once we have received your return, we will issue your store credit or send your requested replacement. The store credit can be used for online purchases or in our retail store.
