Ruthie Conway is the founder of SUGAR N SPICE CATERING / GRANDMA'S COOKIES and has excelled in the catering business since 1994, and cookies have always been a part of her culinary selections. Up to this point, cookies have only been offered on a seasonal basis. After much prompting from her patrons, the decision was made to launch a cookie shop.

Our gourmet cookie shop is located in Collinsville, Illinois. And as you might suspect, our cookies reflect the Midwestern American tradition of pride and perfection of every item that is produced in our kitchen. These little gems are consistently good and, as with all her menu items, they are prepared without any added preservatives, additives or artificial colorings. (They are almost good for you!)

Delivery is available to our local patrons and we will ship our product to areas outside our immediate shopping locale. We offer a variety of packaging for all your gifting needs.
