To many, "intelligent transcription" may sound a bit like an oxymoron. Most people regard transcription as labor-intensive work for clerks who are skilled only in typing.
Unfortunately, this is often the case. Far too many transcription services produce documents that are riddled with grammatical mistakes, punctuation errors, and inaccuracies.
Transcription Professionals, however, is a different breed of transcription company, doing the job correctly the first time.
