Pinecrest publicly announced the Valuing our Past Sharing our Future capital campaign for improvements to Pinecrest Manor on June 1. The goal of this three year campaign is to raise $1.7 million to install a fire sprinkler system in the Manor, remodel residents' rooms and bathrooms to provide handicapped accessibility, replace obsolete hospital beds, replace cast iron sewer lines that cannot be repaired and update technology to provide computer access to Manor residents and add electronic health records.
