We were formally in Los Angeles for 15 years and opened in Richmond, IL in 2003. We
are the only cat hotel from here to Chicago. We board and groom only cats...so no
doggy barking or smells to scare kitty.

What makes us totally different from other kennels:*We have enormous 6ft. by 8ft. wide cages, the cats are loved and paid attention to, and they come out to
play 3-4 times daily (for no extra charge). Cat-TV video's run in every cage (featuring birds, squirrels, etc.),
Volunteer and paid "petters" hand out treats and make sure cats emotional needs are a priority. The facility is
very clean and the owner lives on the premises.

The Enchanted Cat is run by Paula Warner who is
the original "Cat Whisperer" and owns the Internet
domain name TheCatWhisperer.com

She has worked training cats as "the cat whisperer"
for over 20 years, and still does today. See the 50
celebrity photo's in the shop thanking "the cat
whisperer" for her services while in Hollywood.
People often ask if she worked with Cesar Milan
"The Dog Whisperer", and yes, she did.

While specializing in cat behavior and aggression
problems. Paula also owned a veterinary ambulance
service called "Pet Taxi Emergency" (which is still
in operation in LA today), and was "on-call" with
hundreds of veterinarians for 15 years while in Los
Angeles. Animal activism to protect all animals
continues to be her passion today.

Darlene and Paula have been working
together grooming cats for seven years
now. We love it!!
