Educating clients with newsletters, Contour makes sure they have appropriate expectations, and then gives them a little more than what they expect. You can give them the moon, but they will be disappointed if they were expecting the sun, Schoeller explains. I always look at ways to increase our efficiency I hate waste, whether the job is big or small, even if were making money on it. I would rather save the client money than have materials left over.
