Welcome to the Will County Bar Associations website. The WCBA is a non-profit professional organization dedicated to serving and supporting the legal community. The WCBA is committed to providing education, professional development, and service programs for its 750+ members, the legal profession as well as the local community.

The Will County Bar Association is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the Association’s members and maintains a professional staff committed to the ongoing support of the association and its members.

Committee Meetings - Various committees within the WCBA meet monthly to discuss topics including court rulings, new laws and upcoming legislation. All Will County Bar Association members are invited to attend any committee meeting. The Probate Committee meets the second Monday of the month; the Real Estate Committee meets the second Wednesday of the month; and the Civil Law Committee meets the third Tuesday of the month.
