NEW CLASSES AT FLOW! :
The Better Barre: Ballet Fitness Wednesdays 6pm. Experience all the sculpting and toning benefits of traditional barre work with added weights and props for increased resistance. Add pilates abdominal loading, and emphasis on neutral spinal positioning, and you have a full body workout that's great for strength, tone, flexibility and spine!

Strength-Cardio Challenge: Sunday 10 am/Friday 12:30pm. An endurance based class with interval strength and cardio drills--squats, lunges, jumping, planks, bands, weights, abs and more! Keeps you moving and pushes your limits! Shoes recommended. Instructor: Cindy Reid
Gentle Yoga: Sunday 2-3 This class is appropriate for beginners, post-rehab and those wanting to move at a slower pace, with less intensity. Students can safely experience the relaxation and wellness benefits of yoga. Instructor: Emily Haggith
Pilates Jumpboard: In this totally unique cardio class, students will jump on the reformer boards, against light and heavy springs interspersed with pilates strength work for a great cardio and core effect. Prior reformer experience recommended.

Zumba Gold®- is specifically designed to take the exciting Latin and international dance rhythms in the original Zumba class and bring them to the beginner athlete or fit individual looking for a fun, workout at a slightly slower pace, or for those who are active but due to health/injury concerns need modifications for success. Cross-trainers or dance fitness shoes recommended! Instructor: Holli Hitchins.

Bridal Bootcamp!-Trainers Holli and Lynne have developed intensive programs including matwork, equipemnt and cardio to get you in top shape! Rates vary and are dependent on frequency and committment. Ask about intro special!

Flow is a fully-equipped Chicago pilates studio offering individual lessons in both the pilates method and yoga, and a dynamic schedule of group exercise classes. Flow is also proud to host the esteemed Body Arts and Science International Comprehesive Pilates Teacher Training Program and Matwork Teacher Training Program.
Cindy Reid opened flow studio in April 2002 to expand her teaching practice of pilates, yoga, dance movement and exercise. Today, flow offers instruction with ten independent instructors in pilates, dance and yoga, each with unique movement training and educational backgrounds, yet all dedicated to bringing students a higher quality of life through mindful movement training and greater fitness and wellness.
On that note, we are very excited to offer an expanded group drop-in class schedule. New classes balance out offerings to include more functional strength and balance training and more dance and cardiovascular classes. New classes are offered as part of our group package series where a 10 or 30 pack offer all the variety and flexibility of gym drop- in classes, plus the distinct advantage of smaller sized classes, and experienced instructors who are committed to improving your workouts.

We welcome new students at every level. Flow offers a friendly atmosphere and a clear emphasis on tailoring exercise sessions to individual needs. Instructors offer unique specialties and can assist with goals ranging from pain management, core stabilization and joint mobilization, to total body conditioning for all fitness levels including professional athletes and dancers. Teachers consult with health service providers including pts, chiropractors and physicians and on site professionals at Flow offer massage therapy, thai body therapy and acupuncture. We are committed to bringing clients a holistic approach to wellness. And Flow is committed to providing continuing education and training opportunites to all pilates and fitness teachers who aspire to the highest level of exercise professionalism.
