Welcome to our site where you will find information and resources to help women with pelvic floor dysfunction- including: urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, voiding dysfunction, urinary retention, painful bladder syndrome, menorrhagia, desire for sterilization or permanent birth control, pelvic muscle incoordination, pelvic neuropathy, fecal incontinence, and sexual dysfunction related to pelvic floor dysfunction.

Illinois Urogynecology, LTD was founded in 2003. One year later, two centers of excellence, the Northwestern division, originally based in Park Ridge, IL and the Southwest division, originally based in Oak Lawn, IL, joined to form the expanded and improved IULTD. Our physicians and staff have training and experience that is un-paralleled in the Chicago area. Our locations continue to expand.
